Royal Kunia Subdivision is a master planned community that was developed through a partnership between Herbert Horita’s Halekua Development Corporation and Castle and Cooke Kunia, Inc. Park Engineering’s role in the transformation of previously cultivated sugar cane lands to a thriving residential community of 1,800 homes included the full complement of our professional services. These services included: topographic survey; subdivision and easement mapping; infrastructure master planning; engineering design; construction stakeout; and construction support services.
